TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
As per the selected Airlines Norms Domestic – 15 Kg. In Indian Railways it is 40 Kg Per ticket.
MEALS
We reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so, the meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
VEHICLE
The type & size of the vehicle will be as discussed at the time of booking, but in case of any unforeseen circumstances best possible assistance shall be provided by us with co-ordination of vehicle operator.
HOTELS
On your tour you will have rooms with private bath or shower in your hotel. The hotels will either 3* category Equivalent or of a similar category in our standard packages. Some of our hotels are centrally located in the cities but in common with other tour operators, we have found that to provide with comfortable hotels at reasonable prices, it is often necessary to use hotels away from city centers.
CURRENCY
We shall feel happy to guide you in this regards according to trip taken..
GENERAL TERMS
1. The Company has the right at any time and for any reason:
(a) To cancel a tour prior to the date of departure and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding
all the money paid by the client, and/or
(b) To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published
or to substitute a hotel of similar class it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the clients
.
2. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with him for:
(a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, increased expenses, consequential loss or
any misadventure howsoever caused.
(b) Any act, omission, default of any hotelier, carrier, or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “Howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
3. No liability on the part of the company arising in any way out of his contract in respect of any tour, holiday excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever.
4. We strongly recommend, in your interest that you insure yourself and your personal effects, from your local
insurance company.
5.The prices quoted in this brochure are in US Dollars or equivalent in foreign currency (local currency of the country/Countries being visited. The company reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchanged and or fuel cost before the departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full.
6. All claims disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours operated. The courts in the country of destination
alone shall have jurisdiction for India Navsari jurisdiction Only.
Reservation Policy
1. Confirmation of hotel rooms/Houseboat is subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. Confirmation of the package is subject to receipt of 100% payment i.e. 50% of the payment as advance and balance on or before 10-days from tour start date.
